Wallace needs a reinforced fishing rod to catch the illusive giant squid. He's given you a blueprint to craft it from a normal fishing rod.

Walkthrough

  1. Speak to Wallace on the Liberator
  2. Create the Upgraded Fishing Rod with a Fishing Rod, Raw Explosives, Nails, 2 Wire, and the Upgraded Fishing Rod Blueprint
  3. Return to Wallace to complete the quest

Completing this quest awards +50 Experience and +5 Reputation.
