Overview

Rusty thinks the Liberator's name could use some touching up since it's starting to fade. Next time you're in Saint Petersburg he's pretty sure the hardware store might still have a bit of white paint.

Walkthrough

1. Speak to Rusty on the Liberator
2. Travel to the St. Petersburg hardware store and collect the white paint
3. Apply the white paint to the "LIBERATOR" text on the Liberator
4. Return to Rusty to complete the quest
