The "smuggler's cove" is an unmarked location and geographic landmark in Russia. The cove is located just northeast of Kivgrad Harbor. It can be identified by the large, natural arch that expands over it. During the Smuggler's Cove quest, a Uniform Scrap can be found at the cove.
