There are three relevant radio towers in Russia. The towers are damaged, and can be repaired as a part of the On Air quest. Once repaired, they can later be magically-charged. Only one of the radio towers has loot in the area. The radio towers have been intentionally positioned in such a way that they form a triangular formation.
There is a radio tower on the island between St. Petersburg and Moscow. A radio tower can be found on Mount Nivek. On a large island to the southwest of Vorkuta Junction is the third radio tower, which has a small utility shed next to it. Unlike the other radio towers, this tower can be looted for construction equipment.
A fourth tower can be found on the oil rig. However, no loot spawns on this radio tower.
