There is a small, unnamed island in the Beaufort Bay of Yukon. There is a dock along the coast of the island, and a small lodge on the island itself. Various low-end civilian items and camping equipment can be looted from the lodge and its dock. A Snowmobile may spawn next to the lodge. Functionally, it is a small campsite of sorts.
A few zombies may spawn on the island.
