The Otter can be found near various docks.
It can be found on PEI at the docks of Courtin Isle. On the Germany map, it can spawn at the docks of the island located between Berlin and Camp Dusseldorf.

- It is primarily based on the DHC-3 Otter, an aircraft developed by de Havilland Canada.
