The Runabout can spawn along coasts and near docks.
On the PEI map, it can be found at the coasts of Courtin Isle and Souris Campground. In Russia, the Runabout can be found at the Camp Kazan docks. In Washington, it can be found at the northern docks of Camano Campground, and at the docks located near Heritage Valley. On the Germany map, it can be found near the Munich docks.
