I created a page for the NPC Rowtag. I implemented some information about him, for example his dialogue, equipment and location. He doesn't appear to have a quest nor is he a vendor, or maybe I have not progressed far enough. Does this page at least somewhat resemble what you had in mind for NPC pages? IMO, the "equipment" section could probably just be included in the lead, since it's just describing the character's appearance. (A lot of item/zombie/etc. pages describe stuff in the lead as well.) There's not a good way to show dialogue trees on pages, but I think there may be a page or two has formats them into lists. Content that isn't official/vanilla (i.e., curated content) should have the map's name appended to the end of the page name. So "Rowtag (Escalation)" instead of Rowtag, "Aurum Safezone (Escalation)", "Breaching Hammer (Escalation)", etc. I can't recall if Rowtag is involved in quests, if they were I think the way another editor included them on the Natalie page made sense. :) Thanks for editing/contributing!
